Coupon embarrassment?

I have to bring this up because it seems that some people are afraid to save. Are you embarrassed to use coupons when shopping or dining out? Do you stick coupons back in your wallet or purse if you see someone you know while shopping? There is no reason to be embarrassed to save. It is 2011, the economy isn't at its best, and if you don't realize it, everyone wants to save. Ask five of your friends if they included "saving money" in their resolutions this year. You'd be surprised at how many actually did. I've used coupons when dining out, traveling, shopping online and at the grocery store. I love to save. I'm not embarrassed at all to use coupons. I've seen people stick coupons back in their purses because they probably thought that I would say something about it, but all I would've done was ask their source because I want to save as well. I always share my sources with others, but some are still ashamed to use coupons.

Advice for those that face embarrassment:

● Next time you see a friend when you're out using coupons, recommend that they use them as well.
● Be proud that you are saving money and use coupons with confidence.
● Brag to others about how much you saved and they will eventually want more details.

THE BEST site for promo codes!!!

I've looked high and low over the years for a site with promo codes for basically "anywhere" you wanted to shop online. I've previously talked about shoppingcodes.com, but even better, there is Tjoos.com. You can find promo codes for almost ANY site here. I've used this site uncountable times for promo codes when shopping online and there is no other like it. Just visit Tjoos.com, enter the site you need a promo code for and BAM!, in your face. So if you ever need coupons for instant discounts at thousands of online stores, Tjoos is definitely the site for you. Tjoos is considered the "World's Largest Coupon Code Collection." CLICK HERE or the image below to visit Tjoos.com, shop online, obtain coupon codes and save!

What is a promo code?

A promo code is short for promotional code. It is usually for a discount towards a special that a business is having. It is basically a type of coupon that merchants offer. They can be used for different services or items that companies provide. Sometimes, there are discounts available on-line (internet) that aren't available in stores. Promo codes are entered during checkout whether online or in person. Some can be printed out and used in person, some can be sent to your phone, but the majority of them are strictly for on-line shopping. Promo codes can offer you a percentage off (i.e. 20% off) of an item or service, a dollar amount off (i.e. $10 off), and even free shipping. I've even seen promo codes to by an item, get an item free or buy one, get one half off. There are so many out there.

They are also referred to as:
-Coupon codes
-Discount codes
-Shopping codes

Purpose of Creation

I initially created this blog for a class assignment. I'm actually working ahead right now because I knew that we would have to create a blog at some point in the class. We had to pick a topic and for a while, I questioned my professor about what a blog consists of. Well, after doing my research, I figured it would be a piece of cake. And....it is. I always thought that a blog covers a variety of topics, but she was for certain that blogs are "topic specific." We went back and forth for a while because I wanted to be sure. So since it is topic specific for the particular assignment, my chosen topic is "saving money". I know that this is a broad topic so let me break down what I will be delivering to you. I will be providing the best online resources for discounts and promotional codes for shopping. After following my blog, you will be able to save money on the simple things that you already do. You will be able to save money on travel, shopping (online), dining out, shopping offline, and basically anything you would like to save money on. I will mention it. I have a great source to compare and save and on home services such as phone, internet, cable, home security, and satellite tv. I will also compare coupon saving websites and ways to save money around the house just by changing the way you purchase items. Why dine out and pay $25 when you can get a $25 gift certificate for $4? That's a good deal huh. I will provide promotional codes for different merchant gift cards and you could receive up to $20 off on $100 gift cards. I even have resources for FREE STUFF and everyone loves free stuff. So keep checking back for the best deals and saving tips. iSaveuSave and we'll save together!
